Junior Maintenance Associate

We are looking for a Junior Maintenance Associate to join the maintenance team at Willamette Oaks, our beautifully situated senior living and retirement community in Eugene, OR. In this role, you would work with the maintenance team of 3 others, responding to the needs of residents and fellow staff, being flexible and ready to jump into a variety of different tasks including apartment turns and daily maintenance work orders. This is the perfect role for someone who doesn’t want any two days to be the same. There’s basic maintenance work and some light janitorial work, as needed. Experience: -Previous basic maintenance work is helpful, but not required. -We are looking for someone who will be proactive and has strong self-initiative. -Hospitality/customer service skills are a necessity. -Valid insurance and a clean driving record are required, as you might be asked to drive a company vehicle. Working either Tues-Sat or Sun-Thurs. Full benefits offered (medical, 401k, free lunches, and a great PTO package). Pay: $16-$18/hour.
