ARC A Kleen-Tech Company, the leader in janitorial services, is seeking District Supervisors in BETHLEHEM, DELAWARE and NEW JERSEY. Office is based in Bethlehem, PA. The primary objective of this job is to provide hands- on support and supervision over employees and subcontractors working on consumer sites. This role acts as a troubleshooter to ensure smooth operation and that customer needs are met at each site. ESSENTIAL DUTIES · Monitor the condition of equipment, including VCT. Conduct periodic checks and make any necessary adjustments. Ensure employees and subcontractors are performing regular maintenance in accordance with the maintenance protocol. Inform manager of necessary repairs on customers’ equipment and to repair shop. Ensure repairs are conducted in a timely manner. · Deliver chemicals and supplies as needed. Supervise the proper use of supplies by employees and subcontractors. · Collaborate closely with manager relative to scheduled periodicals, Quality Control documentation, equipment issues, problems with equipment, supply orders. · Complete necessary documentation including Quality Control documentation, employee timekeeping records, location check sheet. · Provide direct supervision to subcontractors or supervisor, and monitor their work. Identify and troubleshoot problems. Provide on the spot training or coaching as needed. Follow up on problems when identified. · Supervise Grand Openings. Provide direct supervision during grand openings to monitor and troubleshoot problems. · Ensure proper staffing of customer sites. Review employee and customer listings for accuracy. Inform Operations manager of changes or issues. This is 10 hour night shift position, working from 12:00am to 10:00am. Your shift will begin Sunday midnight and end Friday.
