Private residence in UP seeking organized housekeeper

Looking to hire a part time housekeeper to put things away, keep them organized (alphabetized, organized by size, in their correct location), do laundry, open packages, maintain possessions within the home with great care and attention to detail, and various other tasks that will change on a week-by-week basis. Must be able to work from a to-do list, run light errands, and give direction to service people in the home as necessary. We already have someone that cleans the home and does a wonderful job. Need help on the tasks that take longer and more detail work, the laundry, as well as help with the things that come up day to day as we are both busy working from home. Prefer someone that enjoys solitary work. If you must be on the phone throughout the day or love to chat, please do not apply. Must speak, read and write in English. Familiarity with the KonMari method of organization is a plus. Must at least like dogs, ours is very friendly. If interested, dog walking could be included as additional work.
