Decent pay. We do background checks and drug testing. Our properties are smoke free, therefore, no smoking on job. We have part time work available, 1 day a week, preferably on Wednesdays (during the day, not nights or weekends), 6 hour day, doing basic help with rental properties in Clifton, do odds and ends, help organizing basements, some yard care, able to fix small things is not necessary but a plus. Will have more work beginning spring. MUST have constant working cell phone and reliable vehicle.
If you're preoccupied with using your cell phone during work hours, that does not work for us. Best if you live in Clifton or VERY NEAR Clifton because, sometimes not often, I may need someone to respond to a situation quickly.
