Facilities Maintenance : Full-Time OVERVIEW: Real estate management company seeking high energy individuals with a great work ethic to fill our full-time maintenance position. This position is responsible for a broad range of activities that are performed to keep our apartments & grounds operating efficiently and effectively. The work is sometimes fast-paced and requires routine interaction with other hub employees. If you're the "Mr. Fix-it" type of person that knows how to get things done correctly with attention to detail, your self-motivated and take pride in yourself and your work... we WANT to hear from you! PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: As a member of our team our maintenance personnel assist in a wide range of activities maintaining the physical integrity of the community and insuring a functional and well maintained living environment for residents, visitors and staff. REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS: Must be able to perform physical tasks related to this position such as lifting / moving object of weight such as tools, materials, and appliances, standing, climbing, crawling. Communicate effectively, including being able to read, write and follow oral and written directions. Experience in maintenance, construction or technical school certification is ideal but not required. Will provide on the job training for right candidate. COMPENSATION: This position includes a competitive hourly wage (competitively based on experience), health and dental, vacation pay, holiday pay & more.
