Job description: We are a Property Management company looking for a floating maintenance technician to help with projects at our communities in Northern Lake County. We are looking for an individual who has basic handyman type skills, including: plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry and painting/drywall. Job duties include completing apartment work orders, turning/upgrading vacant units after move-out and projects. Your own tools are required.
