Surface Restoration Co that provides Pressure Washing - Sweeping - Line Striping - Snow Plowing and more seeking Experienced, Hardworking and Reliable individuals to join our team. The right person for this job has a basic understanding of mechanics, valid driver’s license, and performs well in a fast paced work environment. Experience is preferred but we are willing train the right person on all aspects of the services we provide. Duties include: Pressure washing sidewalks / parking garages, fleet washing, line striping, snow plowing, making minor equipment repairs on an as needed basis and other errands. Requirements: • Previous Experience in Commercial Pressure Washing • Can Work Outdoors in differing weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, snow, etc) • Can lift between 50-75 lbs with relative ease • Able to work independently and with minimum direction • Good attention to detail • Follow instructions strictly and without repetition • Work with mechanical equipment safely and can troubleshoot issues as they arise. • Must have valid DL and good driving record and experience towing trailers. • Good communication and friendly attitude. • Subject to background and drug test. • Must have reliable transportation • Able to work a flexible schedule (occasional overnights & weekends) • During the winter candidates must be available 24/7 for snow events This is a Full-Time, Year-Round position Competitive wages, sick days, paid vacation, health insurance Starting Salary Based On Experience Please Email your resume and contact information for consideration.
