Kittens born 9/3/21 and mama cat

Mama cat showed up in my yard and had four kittens in my garden's chiminea. I've already a few cats of my own and as a single unemployed grandma raising teen eating machines since my daughter passed away unexpectedly, I can't continue to care for this cat and two of her kittens. Mama (solid black, not spayed) is an excellent huntress and oftentimes catches big grasshoppers, cicadas and rodents for her kittens. Already one of the kittens killed a young rodent. The two available kittens (females, I believe) have been handled but not extensively. The black one has a dark charcoal undercoat and you can see striping. The other is a long-haired grey and peach tabby. Just beautiful. There's a stray, stocky thick-coated tomcat roaming our block siring beautiful kittens. Hoping to trap, neuter and release him back on the block. Problem is $$ to fix the adult cats since I'm already strapped being unemployed and raising grandkids. I'm asking a $15 rehoming fee per kitten. They will come with a small bag and can of food. If you take momma and the two kittens, $20.
