Here's an opportunity to join an AWARD WINNING landscape and grounds maintenance team. If you enjoy working outside (free sun tans!!) performing a variety of different tasks at numerous locations around Kansas City this may be a great opportunity for you. Our typical work week during the fall and winter is 40-45 hrs. (Time and a half pay for hours exceeding 40 in a workweek) • Landscape and Grounds professional--$15/hr.--no experience required will train--mowers, grounds maintenance • Crew Lead---$16-$18/hr.--these positions are usually filled by experience or internally with Landscape professionals who exhibit a strong work ethic or those who have prior experience. • Driver--$16-$18/hr.--must have a valid Driver license and good driving record • Crew Supervisor--$20/hr.--this position is typically filled by a Crew Lead that exhibits a good work ethic and ability to communicate and supervise employees. Here's what we need from you: • Reliability - Reliable transportation to work • Integrity, pride in performance, great work ethic • Ability to work outside all day in all weather conditions • An attention to detail and ability to follow directions or lead others to do the same • Be a proactive self-starter, ability to learn new skills • Lift 50 pounds without assistance • Valid Driver’s License Please respond with an outline of interest and work history.
