Free Event. Explore Shades State Park with a Naturalist guided hike at night. Shades has the darkest night sky in Indiana! All of these events are to enjoy the rural resource of a dark night sky. Sturdy footwear is required and a red flashlight is preferred. Participants must be able to lift their knee to a 90 degree angle. Rugged night hikes are not suitable for children under the age of 10.
