Sweet black lab looking for a new family!

We are looking for a home for our sweet foster dog, Phoebe. She's a black lab mix about 6 months old. She is a rescue, and came to me covered in fleas and with mange. All of that has been cleared up. She is up to date on all her shots, and has her rabies tag. Phoebe is so sweet, loving, and intelligent. She loves to cuddle, and gets along well with children and other dogs. Unfortunately, due to medical issues, we just don't have the time to spend with her and train her properly. She would love to have room to run, and maybe another dog to play with. There is a $100 rehoming fee to cover some of the vet fees. Must have references.
