Job Description:
This position is to maintain the overall appearance, upkeep and light maintenance of our downtown apartment communities.
What you will do:
Perform light maintenance including changing light bulbs, testing smoke and fire alarms, and painting
Snow Removal
Ensure all common areas are cleaned and ready for residents
Perform seasonal grounds work to ensure the property is clean and well maintained
Take garbage cans to the curb
Clean Basements, Laundry Machines
Occasionally Clean a vacant apartment
What we need:
A basic knowledge of general grounds maintenance and cleaning
An unmatched attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness

Education and Experience:
High school degree or equivalent
Grounds keeping or cleaning experience is preferred, but not required
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30 pm
Some week ends during snow events
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
