Original hard rock band looking for a bassist. We are not touring, trying to make it big, or wanting to gig multiple times a month, but we are serious about spending a few hours a week together rehearsing and recording to make an album. We don't necessarily need someone with touring experience. Hobbyist types that have been playing for a while on their own with a strong desire to practice, learn, create, and work as a band is good enough. We will all improve together as a band along the way. Although the songs are pretty much written, as long as it fits and the band likes it the bass line is wide open for you to create the part and put your own spin on it. This isn't a heavy commitment gig. A few hours on the weekend and a little time on your own during the week working on the next song is all that is needed. Home recording gear is great if you have it, but we can handle recording at practice if you don't. We all have jobs, families, real world responsibilities, and a strong desire to do what we didn't do when we were younger. If you are interested, please respond with your email address.
