$500 SIGN ON BONUS – upon successful completion of probation Smith Bros., a successful finish carpentry company in Westlake Village, is looking for all levels of skilled finish carpenters who are result oriented and provide quality work. We focus on high end finish carpentry within the Ventura and LA County areas. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: • Installing custom windows and waterproofing • Installing conventional and pre hung doors • Installing casing, base board, crown molding, siding • Specialized carpentry tasks Requirements: • 5+ years FINISH CARPENTRY experience working on own or with a team • Problem-solving and math skills • Ability to interpret and follow procedures for a particular job • Demonstrate interest in improving skills to optimize performance on a team • Capable of reading and interpreting blue prints • Have own finish carpentry hand tools, vehicle, current driver’s license • Ability to install windows, doors, and/or trim with precision and high-quality standards • Good interpersonal skills to be able to work with team members and client effectively • Conscientious worker to ensure job is done at the best of his/her ability in given time goals • Accurate time keeping COME BE A PART OF OUR TEAM that has over 35 years of diversified experience working with a multitude of projects and an excellent reputation for fine craftsmanship.
