Wanting to adopt Weimaraner or GSP

Wanting to adopt adult Weimaraner or German Shorthair Pointer. Will consider a family needing to rehome, rescue, retired breeding dog, etc. Would love to rescue. A little about us- we have a 48 acre ranch, an acre fenced backyard. 6 ft fencing, secure. Dog would be indoors/outdoors. We have a very active lifestyle. I run 2-5 miles a day, bike, ride horses, go to the lake a lot. The dog would be welcome to come. I have owned both breeds and am fine with their active nature. The most the dog would be left along during the day would be 3-4 hrs, at which time he/she would be welcome to free roam the house if they're able to, or we'd be open to utilizing a crate for safety if they're chewers. We also have stable careers and the finances to keep up with vet care. We own our home so no worries about landlord approval. I've tried to think of the questions someone may have who would consider us as adopters, please let me know if I've left anything out. We are hoping for a dog 10 months- 4 years. Not interested in young puppies. We are willing to travel several hours for the right dog.
