Looking for an Individual who can take on responsibility and follow our processes and procedures to help us build the best landscape maintenance company in BOISE PUSH, PRIDE, & PASSION A personal Push of internal motivation for continuous improvement and hustle. A Pride for doing any task to the highest level. A Passion for working outdoors and the landscape flora industry. Boise Landscape & Lawn is currently hiring for: Entry Level with little or no Experience except a love for learning and the outdoors, or Some Experience. We look to train each candidate our process and procedures. All team members are expected to work across all divisions of service in order to create the strongest landscape maintenance and landscape skill set. The remainder of this season: Fall Pruning and cleanups Winter Snow/Ice Management - Nov through February. All days and hours as needed. We work around mother nature and need to be flexible for hours and Client needs. - Trucks, Plows, ATV's, Hand Shovel, Granular and Liquid Ice Melt General Shop, Vehicle, Trailer and Machine Maintenance Next Season: Spring Cleanups Weekly Services - small mowing, flat topping, edging, weeding, mid size mowers, and blowers Fertilizing/ Weed applications Sprinklers - Sprinkler Repairs, Turn on's, Inspection Reports, Winterizations, Valve Repairs, etc Projects - Plantings, Pruning Trees, Sod, Fencing, Patio's, Hardscapes, Walkways. etc We are a small company looking for a good human to join us. Start ASAP Drivers license a must Clean driving record No Felonies Lives in Boise - preferred Professional appearance Full Time - Some Saturday's during peak seasonal times and All Days and Times in Winter Snow Season as needed.
