Looking for a handyman to take care of following tasks. 1) 2 windows - Outside casing, drip edge flashing, and inside trims 2) Locate roof leak and seal it 3) Other miscellaneous tasks - Gutter Clean, Replace garden faucet, anchor closet door, replace trim in couple spots, replace light fixtures, patch drywall. Please text with things you can do along with Name, Rate and Availability. You will need ladder to reach the windows/roof Clarification: Windows are not getting replaced, just the outside/inside casing/trim. No advance payment
