Mayfield Gardens, a High-Profile leading provider of commercial and residential landscaping products and services, is hiring an Landscape Maintenance Head Foreman for our maintenance Division. The head foreman will be in charge of dispatching (2) - (5) crews of laborers each morning to their designated jobs, manage the crew member activity on-sight, communicate with the administrative office regarding scheduling, client contract updates, billing, etc. The head foreman will also manage client relations, keep in contact with each client, ensure their needs are being met and exceeded, and continue to build strong client relations. Candidates Should posses: A valid Drivers License Have 3 - 5 years of experience in landscaping, landscape maintenance or similar industry EXCEL at scheduling and management of a labor force Desire to be a part of a growing, expanding, passionate and motivated team A strong self starter who has proven to work well both alone and as part of a team Have a professional and ethical presentation Has a desire for a sustainable career We offer a generous base salary plus bonus and extensive benefits package.Candidates with the above qualifications, high motivation, and a professional attitude are encouraged to apply.'
