Description

Position involves feeding, haying, blanketing, turnout, administering medication, handling for farrier/vet, etc. This is a physical job, lots of walking around, bending over, must be able to lift 60 lb hay bales and 50 lb feed bags. Minimal stall cleaning involved, most is done by others. Private farm, no boarded horses. Riding not required but applicant must have solid experience providing care to horses. Full time or part time but must work full day shifts 7am-to approximately 3pm with one hour break.
