~Great opportunity for a team player who enjoys working outdoors. ~Works as a team participant along with the maintenance staff to ensure the community meets quality maintenance standards. ~Maintains lawns, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, planters, and other grounds features. ~Mows and edges lawns, using powers mowers, push mowers, and/or edgers. ~Performs various community maintenance functions and records findings in maintenance log. These functions may include, but are not limited to light bulb changes, install/repair window covering, pool maintenance, minor HVAC maintenance, preventative maintenance, etc. Must have clean drivers license and pass a background check.
