Looking for an responsible, professional, experienced person to complete repairs and improvements to apartments and homes prior to resident move-in. Looking for someone skilled in painting, light construction (hanging mini blinds, patching walls, replacing switch plates, etc.), and cleaning. Must have a willingness to work 8-5 M-F $20+ hour We pay weekly Full Time Long term position
