Trying to find my dog’s original owners

I know this is a long shot, but I adopted my dog in January of 2020 from the Wake county animal shelter. She had been in the shelter one day when I adopted her. On the papers the original owner filled out it said she was maybe 4/5 months old, that she was good with kids, etc. They said she was a good dog and would be great with someone who could spend more time with her. Her name was Millie, and is solid white with brown eyes. If this is you or someone you know, I would love to have pictures of her when she was a little puppy and know more about her life before I adopted her. She’s doing great and coming up on two years since we brought her home. :)
