6 month puppy needs a new home

I have a 6 month old puppy that needs a new home. I took her in for a family member and it is just to much with my work schedule, She is crate trained. She is mostly house trained, still has a few accidents (she has to go potty immediately after eating). She does good with my other dog. She does good with my kids. I don't know about cats. My cousin rescued her from the SPCA because she was "cute". Then decided a puppy isn't what she wanted. She has some shots, but I do NOT have records. I only have her tags. Beautiful dog..
