Sewer leak in driveway

I had a plumber come out to fix a sewer issue in my driveway at 10 am on Thursday morning. He got his snake stuck in my drain and said he would be back later. 30 hours later on Friday at 5 pm he comes out pokes around and leaves. Then emails me a crazy estimate and says he will not remove the snake unless I pay it. I am a single lady living by myself and he is trying to bully me into paying crazy money to get the snake out that he got stuck in the first place!!!! So he is holding me hostage. I believe I have a blockage in the driveway from tree roots. I need rough estimates as to how much it would be to dig it up, fix the leak, and rough finish the concrete again. We have snaked it before and it works for a while then stops again. Don't send me crazy bids as I don't have the money.
