We don’t believe in micromanaging – once you’re trained you are accountable for your own output. NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE – we train 100%. If you have experience with heat sealing or industrial sewing lines – please list them. You like a good laugh, we’re all jokers (even the work-from-home group) :::SCHEDULES::: PART TIME – Need a flexible schedule? Once you pass initial training (2-4 weeks) you can move to any open shift; weekends, 2nd shift, 3rd shift, or split shifts. Shifts are allocated based on tenure – so join our team now and have senior status at our new facility! FULL TIME – We know you have a life, so let’s work around it! Shifts hours are flexible; typically, first shift starts between 6-9am and ends between 2-5pm. We also offer weekend, night, and split shifts. OPEN POSITIONS :::Manufacturing::: Starting pay $14.50 first 90 days then $15.50 after training completed. Develop your skills and test up to $21/hour. :::Warehouse::: Starting Pay $16.50. Develop your organizational skills and complete software training for up to $20/hour. :::Office::: Starting Pay varies based on position. Please submit resume for review.
