Hello, I am seeking an experienced and referenced painter to work in my house next Tuesday 11/23. Location: Arden, Sacramento The Job: Small bedroom: - Paint 2 walls - Paint bottom trim - Touch up ceiling (fix previous paint mistakes) - Touch up bedroom door (child peeled paint off!) living room: - Touch up ceiling bathroom: - small wall repair (cover drill holes) Other: There may be a few other small tasks that would collectively take less than one hour. You should have all your own tools, tarp, step ladder, and plastic coverings to protect furniture, tv, etc. I will supply the paint. Work Time: 5 hours Pay: $200 If work time runs over 5 hours, any additional time will need to be approved and paid at $40 per hour.
