TIG and MIG Welder needed, full time

We need a TIG welder to weld 16 and 14 gauge sheet metal parts. We pay cash daily, $20/HR. Must be drug free, and punctual. The hours are 8-4:30 M-F. Occasional overtime. Experienced welders only, a certification would be nice, but not required. Thanks.
