We are looking for competent grower(s) for a Legal Cannabis Greenhouse located in Adelanto, Ca. Prior experience in large grow house required minimum 2 years. References from previous employers will help secure employment. Experience with cloning, trimming, waste management,Metrc knowledge and ability to follow IPM & PPE protocols a must. Qualities in a candidate a we are looking for are : Be able to follow directions, be willing to share any and all knowledge of cultivating cannabis, as well be able to diagnose and treat plants as well as alert others when pests or other signs of potentials problems arise. The ability to calculate projected yields from lights and be able to determine if environment for the plants continue to be suitable and if not be able to determine what the issues are. Be able to work for long hours on your feet especially when harvest time comes. Follow basic housekeeping rules and procedures. We are in the business of cultivating a product that consumers need to be able to safely use and enjoy. And we want to bring the best product to the market as we can possible produce.
