POSITION SUMMARY You will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of a scattered-site multifamily portfolio at all times to insure a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The ability to anticipate, identify, and correct any and all maintenance issues is key for success in this position. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES You will conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, state and federal laws, Fair Housing, etc. You will be dispatched to resolve service requests/work orders. GENERAL Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repair in individual units and building common areas. Listed below are some of the common issues you could face on a given job site: Basic electrical and plumbing A/C and heating systems Appliances Tile, carpet, flooring Roofing, gutters, fasteners Interior/exterior lights Doors & Windows Security systems Boiler, gas and electric Changes locks and secures replacement keys Assists in keeping grounds neat and free of litter QUALIFICATIONS Job Type: Full & Part-time Applicants of all ages and backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
