Mr. Bult’s Inc. is seeking a Support Specialist to become a member of our team. As a Support Specialist for MBI, you’ll be responsible for providing direct support to our drivers with any issues or questions they may have relating to our mobile infrastructure and internal applications. The support position will be responsible for providing customer-friendly support to internal drivers by remote tools, phone or in-person.
Job Type: Part Time, On-Site
Responsibilities
• Provide Tier 1 & 2 support for driver applications and mobile devices.
• Install, update, and test mobile applications.
• Identify application defects, delivering reports to developers to aid in finding and testing resolutions.
• Conduct training on use of company software and hardware to drivers as needed.
• Maintain documentation for all support procedures.
• Assist drivers with problems pertaining to ELDs.
Qualifications
• 1 year of experience working in a technical or customer service environment or college equivalent.
• Bilingual (Spanish + English)
• Strong verbal, written, and over the phone communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Strong work ethic.
• Direct experience in transportation/logistics or in the waste management industry a plus.
