In addition to undergoing an onsite medical screening, all new donors must provide the following three documents to be eligible to donate: 1. Your current state issued photo I.D., Military I.D., or Passport 2. You're Social Security Card or other acceptable proof of your Social Security Number with your name spelled and presented the same way as on your valid state issued ID. 3. Proof of address such as a utility bill or mail postmarked in the last 30 days. Donors must be in good health, between the ages of 18 and 69, and weigh at least 110 pounds. You can donate twice within a 7-day period and there must be 48 hours between donations. Be sure to drink plenty of water and eat a good meal before visiting the center.
