NY based management company is looking for a reliable/experienced on-site property manager. Duties will include maintenance repairs-plumbing, handyman services, and cleaning of the property on a daily basis. MUST be reliable and responsive to tenants within 24hrs unless its an emergency. Position is great for someone trying to get their foot in property management. Compensation is $734 off of fully renovated studio with a separate sleeping area.
