back yard tree cut down

Old tree in my back yard, want to cut down before it falls Because I want a controlled drop it. Last year half of it already split and fell, so it sits on half side only. the Inside is also rotten. Want to hire someone who has some experience with this work and climbing or hah a crane. Looks like not to bad scenario. I can pay per job. or per hour about $ 20 per hour., Once it's down want to cut it in 3-4 feet logs and piled up, the brush also. I have the chain saws, 20 foot ladder, and plenty of steel cable to pull it to the right side. Let me know if you're interested.
