- $30/hour - Part time AND FULL TIME available - Flexible schedule - Tools provided if needed - Some experience required but no need to be an expert - Vehicle required - Cell phone required Seeking someone with some basic experience with general labor and construction. No need to be an expert but must be comfortable with basic plumbing, flooring, framing, drywall, etc. Some projects may be new to you and would require you to learn new skills/figure out how to accomplish the work at a professional level (even if it takes you a little extra time at first). For pay and tax purposes this would be an independent contractor position. This work would be spread out between Springville up to West Valley but you will be paid for all drive time between jobs. I own and/or manage 20 homes that are always in need of repair and currently have some units requiring remodeling.
