Ideal for college student - candidate must have a clean background - can make own hours - mostly during day mon-fri and some weekend hours We need you to interact with our renters, yet mostly be focused on renovating with a senior handyman So need to be able to use or willing to learn and handle tools, like a paint sprayer, drill, small saws not all work is physical, some days may need to visit downtown and help apply for a permit You will start as a helper - yet must work alone at times - some Spanish language skills preferred Men and Women can apply - when physical strength is needed we will provide We provide all tools and training - former staff have moved on to lead large renovations and crews and make over $30 an hour Also, we would like candidate to travel at times to Miami, Jacksonville for work (we will pay housing costs) To start can pay every day - yet then will pay every 2-4 days We have excellent credit
