This will be our final luncheon this year! We will return to making lunches in a few weeks. Enjoy this week's delicious menu! This week we will have two menu options. This is the last week that we will be serving to go style lunches for the year. We will return to making lunches within the next few weeks! VIETNAMESE MENU: - 2 Egg rolls with sauce (filled with carrots, jicama, taro, onion, garlic, mung beans, and rice noodles) -Vietnamese style stir fried noodles (made with egg noodles, green onion, ginger, garlic, baby corn, yellow onion, carrot and napa cabbage) *Egg rolls can also be purchased separately in sets of 3 or 6 (This menu is not gluten free or vegan) Desserts: - Mini Flan (gluten free) - Vegan Coconut Jell-o (made with grass jelly, coconut milk, coconut water and sugar) - (gluten free and vegan) SRI LAKAN MENU: - Stir fried rice with mixed vegetables - Chick Pea Curry - Beet Root Curry with Potatoes - Cabbage Mallum with Coconut *Sri Lankan menu is gluten free and vegan DESSERTS: - Vegan mango ice cream quart (vegan and gluten free) - Family size watalappam (gluten free) - Family size biscuit pudding - Sri Lankan pancakes with sweet coconut stuffing (vegan) Orders must be placed by 9:30AM on Saturday, December 19th.
