A restorative sound bath & reiki event designed to help us coast through the holidays The holidays are a beautiful time of year, celebrating family & friends the best way we know how. It can also be a stressful time, and this pandemic hasn't made it any easier. We invite you to join us for a 1.25 hour experience of deep , restorative relaxation where you can find the space and time to rebalance and return to the heart of the holidays. Guests will be invited to draw a Tarot or Oracle card to use as a focus during their meditation. What to expect: Using the power of sound, Laurel Ziemienski will bathe you in healing vibrations of multiple sacred instruments such as Himalayan singing bowls, a 38" Aquarius gong, a Shamanic thunder drum, rain stick and more to help silence the mind, ease the body, and melt away the boundaries of asleep and awake. These rhythmic vibrations coast through the body, affecting every cell and rebooting the nervous system. Reiki Masters Tammi Kapitanski & Leslie Coshun will use the healing power of reiki to move stuck energy, help open your mind up to new perspectives, and create a healthy flow of energy throughout the entire body. This amplified experience will help you to activate the body's natural healing system. You will leave feeling deeply relaxed, renewed and physically and mentally aligned. What to know: Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled. Please bring your own blanket, yoga mat, pillows, crystals, water, knee bolster, anything you need to feel comfortable.
