Drummer w/practice space

I just quit one band but am quite happily still in 3 others with no intention of that changing.......one Metal, one Sludge Metal and one Funk. I'll take on another if the conditions are right. 1. All practices are at my place in Clermont. I've got no problem breaking down and transporting my set for gigs, but I'm not doing it once a week or more for practices. I have an 8 channel PA for vocals or even Bass or Guitar if you want to run through it. 2. No covers unless we're talking about paying gigs......and I don't mean 20 bucks each. 3. I'll do another Metal project if it's interesting but am probably more interested in a different genre. 4. This is the most important......all members MUST have basic skills starting first and foremost with time keeping. If you can't play in time you're not ready to be in a band that plays out. I'm not a human metronome and am definitely not expecting perfection. But over the years I've played with many people who call themselves musicians yet have NEVER sat down and done rudimentary/skills work. If you can't keep time, don't know a single scale, and the only "chord" you play is simply barring the fretboard w/ your index finger......keep working at it. Again....I'm no master......but there's a lot of people out there who think they're ready to be in a band and play out yet have done literally NO rudimentary practice. It doesn't work. The goal IS to play out. I have no interest in never leaving the garage. Recording? ONLY when we're worthy of being recorded.....but yeah. I'm 52 and don't care about your age......though if you're still in you're 20's we're probably not going to be on the same page. No lyrics w/ a political message....not interested even if they represent my own politics. 420/ reasonable alcohol consumption.....fine. Anything else....not interested in you.
