$1000.00 Reward. Lost, on 11/15 at approx. 10:15am, my 10 year old 8 lb female black and tan Miniature Pinscher in the vicinity of 5201 Va Beach Blvd 23462, Pet Care Animal Hosp. She slipped out of her collar and ran. She is a puppy mill rescue and scared. She has pancreatitis. It's very cold and windy outside. This dog is one of our children.
