Looking for a local person in Williamsburg to do some basic porter tasks at a small mixed use building. The duties would be as follows: -Taking out trash on trash days -Cleaning the stairways and common areas -Shoveling snow during wintertime -sweeping the sidewalk and checking in front of building for trash. additional miscellaneous tasks, 'handyman' skills are a bonus Anticipated work load is 2-3 hours per week.
