Operations: • Execute equipment, appliance and interior maintenance, repairs and improvements • Keen understanding of HVAC systems • Implement electric, plumbing, sheetrock/plaster, painting and carpentry • Implement maintenance activities on utility systems to provide continuous supply of heat, electrical power, gas, refrigeration, A/C and water required for operations • Investigate safety violations and maintain routine safety checks • Assist with restaurant overhauls, repairs and parts purchase, as needed • Responsible for compliance as it relates to Health Department and Fire Department inspections • Inspect, evaluate and perform PM and repair all building systems • Read, communicate & implement blueprints General: • Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds, as needed • Must have a current license, 4 years of driving experience and be comfortable driving a large van • Strategic and detailed in planning, level-headed in approach, consistent in messaging • Ability to perform essential job functions under pressure, maintain professionalism when working under stress • Maintain general knowledge of Company history, concept, location and Management team • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks • A drive to identify and execute ways to add value, streamline, or improve • Resourcefulness, confidence in decision making, and sound judgment • Relentless attention to accuracy and detail • Polished personal presentation; grooming meets Company standards • Able to work nights, weekends and holidays, per the needs of the business • Ability to walk, stand, and/or bend continuously and for extended periods as required to perform essential job functions Perks: • Competitive Pay • Full Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision and Transit) • Ongoing, Internal Trainings • Generous Staff Meal/Drink • Employee Discount at All FLHG Locations • Long-Term Growth Successful candidates must have open availability, authorization to work in the United States, and must be vaccinated against COVID-19 to be eligible to work for FLHG.
