YOU BELONG AT THE BARRE!
In bootcamp you can expect to get your heart rate up by combining our basic barre moves with cardio intervals. Class will be formatted similar to our barre basic class with cardio intervals added.
This is our multi level barre class that produces quick results by toning and tightening muscles through small isolated holds with tiny movements and tremendous mental connection. Expect to be challenged and prepare to leave feeling calmly energized with this hands on personal group training session. Barre Basic is perfect for people at all stages of their fitness journey.
