Description
Looking to refresh my parents' 1000 sqft ranch home (one level) with interior paint and a new roof.
Job must be done by insured professionals, as parents are in their early 70's (job needs to hold up for 20+ years).
Shingle color does not matter; workmanship does. Interior will be neutral/white walls/ceilings.
Need both jobs completed within 4-5 days, including prep/cleanup of roof and interior work (drop cloths, moving furniture as needed).
Parents are immunocompromised, so all interior workers must be Covid vaccinated and masked.
