Maintenance Technician (Dorchester)
Work Inc. is seeking a fulltime Maintenance Technician to help maintain our residential properties
The successful candidate should have the following experience.
- Plumbing: Faucet replacement, toilet repair, leaks
- Electrical: Replace light fixtures, wall switches & outlets.
- Appliance Repair: Diagnose and make minor repairs.
- Carpentry: Sheet rook repairs, painting, flooring repairs.
The successful candidate should have the following
- Positive attitude and can work in a group or alone.
- A get things done mindset.
- Honest, reliable, responsible, calm.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Able to pass a drug and background check.
We will train individuals that display a desire to learn and improve their skills.
