SGH Property Management, a residential property management company, in business 19 years, located in Back Bay, Boston, provides full management services to Boston area properties. SGH Property Management is seeking a full-time Maintenance Manager. We are a small company who takes great care, with exceptional quality standards. Responsibilities include: Working in high-end condo and apartment buildings in immediate greater Boston area - light carpentry, patching, painting, some electric, some plumbing, etc. Maintenance Worker requirements include: A mature, professional, responsible, respectable hard working person for work Boston area properties. Superior customer service, integrity and a teamwork attitude all a must. Looking for the perfect fit to our energetic, friendly, and family oriented team. Previous maintenance experience required. Valid US work authorization required (employee position - taxes will be deducted from paychecks). Valid US drivers license, and minimum 5 years driving experience required. Full-time position available starting in ASAP. Company vehicle and all related expenses provided. Employee must manage the vehicle. It may be parked in Back Bay or taken home overnight.
