We are looking for a team player that has a "Whatever It Takes" attitude - Going above and beyond in order to get the job done and ensure the Property is clean and well maintained at all times. Part Time 20 - 25 hours per week Duties include, but not limited to: Sweeping/Moping Service, clean, and supply restrooms Scrub toilets/urinals Paint Gather and take out garbage Clean and maintain the property Dust and clean the showroom Changing light bulbs Unload and stock merchandise Drill locks Advise Manager of inventory levels of cleaning supplies Interact with customers Requirements: Valid Driver's License Must be able to work weekends (Saturday &Sunday) SUBMIT RESUME or apply in person at: 1851 Delaware Parkway, Miami, FL 33125
