Meet Roscoe - In search of good home!! This is the most loving animal I've ever known. We found him outside our apartment complex and have kept him for 3 weeks looking for his owner but no one has come forward. We have to pay a large fee to have pets where we live so we must find him a good home ASAP! He needs to go today or we will have to take him to the shelter. There is no fee...We just want to know he's going to be cared for. He appears to be neutered and has used a litter box with no problems.
