Join us as Louisiana adoptee and author Cathryn B. Stanley speaks at a free seminar presented by Louisiana Adoption Advisory Board (LAAB). This seminar is presented in-person and on zoom for adoptees and others in the adoption community, social work professionals and anyone interested in adoption searches using tools such as DNA analysis. All are welcome. Stanley is author of A Twenty-Year Journey An Adoptee's Search For Answers. Approved for two CEU credits by NASW-LA, there is a $10 fee for the certificate. There is no charge for others, but attendees need to register in advance or at the door. Stanley's talk will be followed by questions and answers, and refreshments will be served. The seminar is a re-scheduling of a previous event, which had to be cancelled due to illness. Those who registered previously are automatically registered for this event. LAAB is a resource for adoptees, birthparents and adoptive parents.
