Wine 101 Designed to familiarize the guests with common wine terms, basic varietals, production methods, flavor profiles and the traditions associated with the world of wine in a casual environment with none of the snobbery associated with drinking this century old beverage. We'll start with something sparkling then taste through three whites and three reds. $79 per student.  ​
