Hello, I am looking for a puppy for my mother in law for Christmas.. She is around 60, so small breed will work best for her. She lives alone and I think a puppy would provide great companionship. Any breeds are welcome as long as they are small breed. I am looking to spend $100 or less as I don't have too much to spend, plus we will be paying the pet fee for her apartment complex.
